Refunds and Replacements for Damaged or Missing Items
If you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help. Please review the following policy for refund or replacement requests:
- Reporting Damaged or Missing Products:
- All refund or replacement requests must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- For any damaged, inaccurate, or missing products, a clear photo of the item and packaging is required to process your request. This helps us address the issue quickly and improve our shipping process.
- Submitting a Request:
- Please email your request to sales@cambrooke.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging (if applicable)
- Processing Time:
- Once we receive your request and the required photos, our team will review it and respond within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and/or replacements will be shipped promptly.
