For each serving, bring 2 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add 1/2 tsp salt (optional) and pasta. Stir and return to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 18-22 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse well with water. Over medium heat melt 1 Tbs butter in same pan. Add 1 cup non-dairy liquid creamer and packet of cheese mix. Blend until smooth and creamy and cheese mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Return pasta to pan. Blend thoroughly and serve.
