Gingerbread loaf: Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat to 350° F. Grease a 9x9 inch pan. In medium bowl, combine 1 (680 g) package Gingerbread Mix, 1 and 1/2 (170 g) sticks of melted butter and ½ cup of non-dairy milk until smooth. Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake about 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Store in airtight container. Serve with whipped topping or powdered sugar. Add raisins if desired.
